The GAP ...when you are doing whatever it is you wanna do... and then you stop. Then you wanna start again but you feel discouraged.
I haven't walked in 3 days.
Now it is 13 minutes until walk time and I just don't wanna walk still. I'm feeling no motivation AND I feel the "what's the point" blues.
Gonna walk today. I will even repost today, to confirm I walked.
I'm making excuses like "I gotta find socks" and ...stuff.
I need this.
My pooch needs this.
